Return & Refund Policy
At Replix, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos or videos as proof.
Returns are accepted only for damaged or wrong products. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Customized or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Replix reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet our policy conditions.
